We ship worldwide from County Kerry, Ireland. Every house is packed by hand — wrapped carefully and boxed to survive the journey, whether it's going to the next county or the other side of the world.

Shipping times vary by destination:

Ireland & UK — 3 to 5 working days
Europe — 5 to 10 working days
USA, Canada & Australia — 7 to 14 working days

You'll receive a tracking number once your house is dispatched.

If your house arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away with a photo and we'll make it right.

Caring for your faerie house

All our houses are weather-sealed and designed to live happily outdoors year round. A few things worth knowing:

They're happiest in a sheltered spot — tucked against a wall, under a tree, on a mossy rock. Somewhere that feels right.

The slate roof will weather naturally over time, which only improves the look.

If you bring your house indoors for winter, let it dry out fully before doing so.

A light brush with a soft dry brush once a year keeps them looking their best.

These houses are made to last. Treat them the way you'd treat anything made by hand from natural materials — with a little care and a lot of affection.
