Heathermist Faerie House carries the colours of the Kerry uplands on a still morning — varied river-worn stones in cool grey, warm cream, olive and brown fill the walls in a beautifully natural, unhurried patchwork, and generous dusky pink and lilac gems ring the upper window and the lower side window in full, soft circles, and sweep around the arched doorway in a gentle, wandering border, as though the heather has grown into the stone and found it agreeable. On the left wall, a single warm amber gem glows quietly — a small, warm note among all that cool softness, like the first light catching one particular spot on a grey hillside. Moss has crept along the base and onto the reaching bark arm to the right, adding the vivid, living green of the hillside itself.

This is a home of the quiet mountain morning — belonging to a faerie who has watched the mist lift from this particular valley many times, who finds the pink of heather against grey stone one of the finest things Kerry produces, and whose home holds that colour all day long.

Handcrafted from beautifully varied river-worn stones gathered on Mangerton Mountain in County Kerry, every piece individual and water-smoothed. The dusky pink gem borders, single amber accent, mossy base and reaching bark arm, and reclaimed slate roof give Heathermist Faerie House its wonderfully soft, mountain-morning character.

Sealed for outdoor display, Heathermist Faerie House is ready to find a sheltered spot — beside heather or pale cottage flowers, in a quiet garden corner, or anywhere the soft colours of a Kerry morning feel entirely at home.
