The tiny heart set high beneath the eaves marks it as a house of welcome, while the pale stone circles around the windows glow softly like moonlight filtering through leaves.

Lovingly handcrafted from materials gathered on Mangerton Mountain in County Kerry, Ireland, this two-storey faerie home carries the spirit of the hillside within its walls. Each stone has been carefully chosen and placed, guided — as always — by the faerie folk who have long called the mountain home.

The violet stone above the door serves as a quiet guardian charm, protecting the threshold and offering safe passage to kind-hearted visitors. The door, an original design by Sophie, is fully hinged for easy comings and goings of little folk. The roof is fashioned from reclaimed 100-year-old slate, once sheltering a mountain cottage and now keeping watch once more.
